fllo collects the following information to provide our service: email address and social login information (Google, Kakao, etc.), profile information (username, profile photo), content you post (photos, articles, comments), and usage data (IP address, browser information).
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information for account authentication and management, service delivery and improvement, responding to inquiries, and sending service-related notifications. We do not sell your information to third parties.
3. Data Storage & Security
User data is stored on Supabase (AWS infrastructure) and protected with industry-standard encryption. Upon account deletion, personal data is removed immediately. Data required by law is retained only for the legally mandated period.
4. Cookies & Tracking
fllo uses cookies to maintain login sessions. We also store an anonymous identifier in your browser's local storage to measure site visit statistics. This identifier is used solely for counting visits and is never shared with third parties. You can clear cookies and local storage at any time in your browser settings.
5. Third-Party Services
fllo uses Supabase (database and authentication) and Vercel (hosting) to operate our service. Each service follows its own privacy policy.
6. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Please contact us at hello@fllo.kr.
